Terms and Conditions

Returns

Shelley's Bead's accepts returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. All items must be new, unopened and returned in original packaging. You must receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization before sending us a return, the processing of your refund may be delayed. Email us at shelleysbeads@twcny.rr.com for authorization before making a return to minimize any delays in receiving your credit. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You are responsible for all return shipping fees and insurance.

Refunds

All refunds will be made to the person that made the original purchase. We will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Refunds are for the item cost only and do not include any shipping, insurance, fees or taxes incurred by the purchaser. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged Merchandise/Insurance Claims

Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage must be reported before 10 days for the claim to be made and a new item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please save all packing materials and contact us immediately at shelleysbeads@twcny.rr.com. We cannot process a claim after the 10 day time frame for damage claims. It is your responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise upon receipt to insure no damage has occurred.


Taxes and Fees

Inside the US:
NY State Residents are responsible for 8.25% State tax on all purchases and shipping costs.

Outside the US:
The purchaser is responsible for all fees, tarriffs or taxes assesed by your locality. This includes VAT, GST and any import duties or taxes. It is your responsibility to determine these taxes and/or fees before your order is shipped. Items returned for failure to pay any local taxes or fees will not be eligible for refunds from Shelley's Beads.

Shipping Time
Our kits take anywhere from 10-15 days to prepare, Add 2-3 days for shipping. Unless your in Europe then the shipping time has pretty much to do with the mail service in your Country. There are also times when our suppliers put us behind too.
